Production Slots definition

Production Slots means the allocation by the Seller and PowerChina of all necessary time and resources, whether at its own premises or at the premises of a permitted sub-contractor, to provide the Services and perform its obligations to deliver the System within the Delivery Timeline, as ordered by the Buyer from time to time, on board up to forty six (46) Nominated Vessels under the terms of this Agreement.

Examples of Production Slots in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, accepted Orders for Unscheduled Cars are not eligible for Allocated Production Slots and shall not impact the scheduling or Delivery of Scheduled Cars in accordance with Section 9.6.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing or anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, Seller will have no obligation to schedule more than [*****] Allocated Production Slots in any one month during the Term.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, accepted Orders for Unscheduled Cars are not eligible for Allocated Production Slots and shall not impact the scheduling or Delivery of Scheduled Cars in accordance with Section 9.6.1.

  • Orders for Scheduled Cars must be placed by Buyer [***]prior to their Allocated Production Slots by delivering each such Order per the instructions on the Order form.

  • Monthly Orders for Railcars of specific Railcar Types must be placed prior to their Allocated Production Slots by delivering each such Order to Seller on an Order form (i) at least [*****] in advance, in the case of Scheduled Railcars [*****], (ii) at least [*****] in advance in the case of Scheduled Railcars [*****], and (iii) at least [*****] in advance in the case of Additional Railcars (as applicable, the “Lead Times”); [*****].

Related to Production Slots

  • Production System means a live SAP system used for running Licensee’s internal business operations and where Licensee’s data is recorded.

  • Production Area means that part of the animal feeding operation that includes the animal confinement area, the manure storage area, the raw materials storage area, and the waste containment areas. The animal confinement area includes, but is not limited to, open lots, housed lots, feedlots, confinement houses, stall barns, free stall barns, milkrooms, milking centers, egg washing or egg processing areas, areas used for the storage and disposal/treatment of mortalities, cowyards, barnyards, medication pens, walkers, animal walkways, and stables. The manure storage area includes, but is not limited to, lagoons, runoff ponds, storage sheds, stockpiles, under-house or pit storages, liquid impoundments, static piles, and composting piles. The raw materials storage area includes, but is not limited to, feed silos, and silage bunkers. The waste containment area includes, but is not limited to, settling basins and areas within berms and diversions which separate uncontaminated stormwater.

  • Interconnection Studies means the Interconnection Feasibility Study, the System Impact Study, and the Facilities Study described in Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI.

  • Postproduction means an activity related to the finishing or duplication of a medium described in Subsection 59-12-104(54)(a).

  • Interconnection Study means a study prepared by or on behalf of the Transmission Provider or the CAISO to evaluate the impact of the interconnection of the Generating Facility to the Transmission Provider’s electric system or the applicable Control Area operator’s electric grid.
