Production Sample definition

Production Sample is defined as one hundred (100) grams of the actual production run and/or lot number of the delivered Product. Such Production Sample shall be retained by Supplier and provided to ▇▇▇▇▇ up to one hundred twenty (120) days from the date of the Purchase Order. Supplier shall provide multiple-sieve analysis of Product at Supplier’s facility for inspection/confirmation by ▇▇▇▇▇.
