Production Record definition

Production Record means any information pertaining to the farming operations of the Insured for the purpose of determining Harvested Production and Adjusted Production.
Production Record means all of the documentation associated with the production of a given Batch, including the manufacture, testing, bulk packaging, storage, and labeling of such Batch. This documentation shall include: (a) all manufacturing batch documents and packaging batch documents referred to in the Quality Assurance Agreement or otherwise pertaining to the Batch; (b) any change control documents, deviation reports and other quality investigation reports; and (c) BioVectra's Certificate of cGMP Compliance.
Production Record means written accounts of a geothermal well's volumetric rate, pressure and temperature, and geothermal fluid quality.

Examples of Production Record in a sentence

  • CLIENT will inform LWI of any specific requirements CLIENT may have relating to the Master Production Record, including, without limitation, any information or procedures CLIENT wishes to have incorporated therein.

  • LWI will package and label the Product for shipment in accordance with the Master Production Record and LWI’s standard practices in effect at the time of performance by LWI.

  • If LWI intends to include in the Master Production Record the use of any assay, medium, or other technology that is not commercially available, LWI will inform CLIENT of such intention and the Parties will meet to discuss and attempt to agree in good faith on the terms of use of such non-commercially available materials or technology in the Process.

  • Any Process, Master Production Record, Specifications, and any improvements or modifications thereto developed during the term of this Agreement, but excluding any CBSW Operating Documents or CBSW Confidential Information included in any of the foregoing, will (i) be deemed Confidential Information of Client and subject to the provisions set forth in Section 12 and (ii) be owned by Client.

  • If CBSW intends to include in a Master Production Record the use of any assay, medium, or other technology that is not commercially available, CBSW will inform Client of such intention and the Parties will meet to discuss and attempt to agree in good faith on the terms of use of such non-commercially available materials or technology in the Process.

  • Upon Client's written notification to CBSW that a draft Master Production Record is satisfactory, or in the event that Client does not submit a written notice setting forth Client's objections to the draft Master Production Record within [***] days from receipt of such draft by Client, such draft will be deemed approved by Client.


More Definitions of Production Record

Production Record means the batch production records and test methods, as defined in Exhibit 7 that are specific to the phases of production for Merrimack Product and which are required by GTC to produce Merrimack Product and as further set forth in Section 4 of the Quality Agreement.
Production Record means the Client-specific batch production records required for BSCP to produce each Product in the Facility.

  • Collection Records means all manually prepared or computer generated records relating to collection efforts or payment histories with respect to the Receivables.

  • Education Record means those records that contain information directly related to a student and which are maintained by an education agency or institution or by a party acting for the agency or institution.
