Production Ready Date definition

Production Ready Date means the date on which LumApps notifies the Customer that the Application is Production-ready.
Production Ready Date means the first day of the month following the date on which all validation and process qualification is completed to the satisfaction of the Corporation acting reasonably and its customers (in its customers’ sole discretion) and the Corporation is ready and able to manufacture Designated Magna Parts with respect to the Corporation’s applicable OEM production program;
Production Ready Date means the date the Products reach the stage of implementation where they are capable of processing live payments, irrespective of whether the End User is actually using the Products in a production environment or processing live payments, or as otherwise set forth in the SOW or other applicable Documentation.   • The “Commission Cap” will equal eighteen-million, five-hundred thousand dollars ($18,500,00 USD), provided, however that for every full month earlier than the Last Production Ready Date that UniPixel is able to concurrently meet both the Specifications and the Final Intel Production Capacity Availability, the Commission Cap will be reduced by one-million dollars ($1,000,000 USD), up to a total maximum reduction of six-million dollars ($6,000,000 USD).

Customer understands that the Production Ready Date for a functionality is dependent upon Castlight’s prompt receipt of data from Customer and (if applicable) Administrators in a format specified by Castlight, and any customization identified in this SOF- Two.
