Production potential definition

Production potential means the estimated amount of milk, expressed in litres, that a producer can ship on a daily basis without exceeding the allotted quota.
Production potential means the capacity of a well to produce oil, gas or water, calculated or measured in accordance with generally accepted procedures;
Production potential of new oil and gas well(s) means the calculated fair market value of potential production of oil and gas reserves in New Mexico as determined by a qualified professional engineer based on evaluation of proven reserves.
