The following licensing schemes are applicable to all Licensed Programs whose name contains “CloudView” or “B2B” or “B2C” as determined in the Product Portfolio: ⮚ Named User Based (for Find Users and/or for Decide Users) ⮚ System License ⮚ Token Based license for Documents ⮚ Token Based license for Query Calls (for Find Query Calls and/or for Decide Query Calls) All EXALEAD CloudView Licensed Programs are eligible for multiple Production Instances.
As a special business consideration to Client, Relativity has agreed to provide Client with its legacy pricing for all Production Instances (including Extra Production Instances, One Year Production Instances, and Temporary Production Instances) licensed during the initial Term of this Agreement.
As another example, if Client has licensed between five (5) and eight (8) Processing Workers to deploy within Production Instances, Client will receive a license to deploy two (2) Processing Workers within Client’s Processing Test Instance.
Upon request, Customer may install one (1) or several Non-Production Instance(s) on dedicated Machines and can be granted additional tokens up to two hundred percent (200 %) of tokens granted for Production Instances, or, for Licensed Programs which name contains “OneCall Insights” or “OnePart Reduce”, one hundred percent (100%) of tokens granted for Production Instances, to be able to use this or these Non- Production Instance(s).
