Company’s audit and inspection rights in connection with Producer’s books, accounts, and records in connection with the Series will extend and separately apply to any Production Incentives (i.e., Company may separately audit Producer’s books, accounts, and records relating to any Production Incentives in accordance with Section 8 of the Standard Terms to this Agreement).
Company’s sole and exclusive right, title, and interest in and to any and all Production Incentives as well as Producer’s obligations in connection therewith (including, without limitation, payment and remittance obligations) will survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement.
