Production Fees definition

Production Fees means the following fees associated with a particular Production Batch as set out in the applicable [* * *].
Production Fees means the production fees that VMTV is required to pay TWM in accordance with Clause 9.2 of the Production Agreement.
Production Fees means the Fees set out in the Order which relate to the provision of Production Services; Production Services means Design and/or Printing (as appropriate); Production Specifications means the document or documents provided to you containing our technical specifications relating to the provision of Artwork and the production of Advertisement Copy Rebate means any rebate, bonus, refund, incentive, goodwill payment, discount or other benefit provided by us; Removal Period means, in respect of each Site Type, the period specified in the Global Outdoor Posting Guidelines by reference to which we will remove displays of Advertisement Copy, subject to the terms of this Agreement; Sites means the locations at which we display Advertisement Copy, including (but not limited to) each of the Site Types;

Examples of Production Fees in a sentence

  • If the audit reveals that the Owner has overpaid any amount of the Production Fee, City shall provide written notification to Owner and shall credit such amount against Owner’s subsequent semi-annual payment of Production Fees.

  • Owner shall pay Production Fees to the City on a semi-annual basis without exception.

  • Any material misstatement or misrepresentation in the Certified Report and any failure to pay Production Fees when due shall constitute events of default by Owner subject to the default provisions of this Agreement.

  • If and when DEPOMED decides to have MOVA provide manufacturing services with respect to the Product for countries outside the USA, then MOVA shall prepare a quotation for consideration by DEPOMED for the additional costs, if any, and the change over the Production Fees for the Product destined for each new country.

  • If at any time during the term of this Agreement the annual volume order by DEPOMED falls below five (5) million tablets, then MOVA shall be entitled to request an adjustment to the Production Fees with respect to the Product to reflect the increased costs that MOVA will incur as a result of the reduced volumes.

  • Within ninety (90) calendar days following the end of each semi- annual payment term, the City may conduct an audit or arrange for a third-party independent audit, at Owner’ expense, of Owner records regarding Certified Reports and the Production Fees.

  • The agreed new Product requirements and related costs and changes over the Production Fees shall be set out in an amendment to this Agreement.

  • The advertising fees payable by the FRANCHISEE into the advertising fund will be payable in the same fashion and under the same terms and conditions as the National Advertising Production Fees are payable and will not be refundable to the FRANCHISEE under any circumstances.

  • For greater certainty, MOVA’s responsibility for any loss of API in connection with the recalled Product shall be subject to the limitation set forth in Section 7.6.1. In the event that MOVA is unable to replace the recalled or returned Products, then DEPOMED may request MOVA to reimburse DEPOMED for the Production Fees paid to MOVA with respect to the recalled Products.

  • In the event that the Laboratory or MOVA determines that the failure of Product to meet Specifications is due to a defect in API that could not have been reasonably discovered using the testing methods set forth in the Specifications, and contemplated by, this Agreement, MOVA shall be entitled to the Production Fees (as defined in Section 5.1) for (i) such finished Product, and (ii) the costs of the testing methods employed by MOVA to determine the defect in the API.

Production Fees means the proposed fees and costs of the Production described in the Quote. Production Terms and Conditions
Production Fees means the amounts charged by Manufacturer for its services as detailed on the applicable Schedule, attached hereto, with respect to a specific Product.

Related to Production Fees

  • Tuition Fees means a sum specified in the Offer Letter, payable by the Student to cover tuition, access to College facilities, enrolment procedures and orientation meetings, use of Information Technology facilities, exam sitting and a Kaplan award on successful completion of the Programme; and

  • Origination Fees means the fee payable to the Advisor pursuant to Section 8.02 plus all other fees and commissions, excluding Acquisition Expenses, paid by any Person to any Person in connection with making or investing in any Loan by the Company.

  • Acquisition Fees means the fee payable to the Advisor pursuant to Section 8.01 plus all other fees and commissions, excluding Acquisition Expenses, paid by any Person to any Person in connection with making or investing in any Property or other Permitted Investment or the purchase, development or construction of any Property by the Company. Included in the computation of such fees or commissions shall be any real estate commission, selection fee, Development Fee, Construction Fee, nonrecurring management fee, loan fees or points or any fee of a similar nature, however designated. Excluded shall be Development Fees and Construction Fees paid to Persons not Affiliated with the Advisor in connection with the actual development and construction of a Property.

  • Processing Fees means all routine, generally applicable City-wide fees required by the City for processing applications and permits including, but not limited to, fees for land use applications, building applications, building permits, and certificates of occupancy.

  • Transaction Fees means fees paid or payable by the Service Recipients, which are on market terms, with respect to financial advisory services ordinarily carried out by investment banks in the context of mergers and acquisitions transactions;
