Production Factor definition

Production Factor means the Performance Factor attributable to Production Equity Ounces with respect to the relevant Performance Period.
Production Factor for a Wind Farm means a factor based on historic operating data, and for facilities without historic operating data, initial Wind Farm Unforced Capacity will be determined using the factors defined in Section 4.5 of the ICAP Manual and in this Section 3.5.
Production Factor means the inverse ratio between any upstream allocation for a consumptive or depletive water diversion and its equivalent in sustained supply at the confluence at the Millstone and Raritan Rivers as follows: Production factor = Safe yield at the confluence / yield at the point of diversion (see N.J.A.C. 7:11-2.8).
