Production Entity means any direct or indirect Subsidiary of the Company formed primarily for the purpose of the production of motion picture and television programming content or the mastering and offering of packaged media masters, including the creation of added content, artwork and other one-time value-added materials to prepare finished masters suitable for offer and sale to the public.

Production Entity. A Limited Liability Company, formed under and in accordance with the Laws of the State of Nevada and with its own separate Federal Taxpayer Identification Number, shall be formed to be the Production Entity for the production of the Film.
