Production Baseline definition

Production Baseline means *** of the Initial Products during each Production Year, at an average rate of *** Batches per month, or any equivalent thereof to be determined by mutual agreement of the parties.

Examples of Production Baseline in a sentence

  • Six months following the Wisconsin Supply Period Commencement Date, Supplier shall determine the annual Ottawa Product production capability (the “Initial Ottawa Product Production Baseline”) of Supplier’s Wisconsin Facility and provide Customer with written notice of such Initial Ottawa Product Production Baseline.

  • Customer, by providing written notice to Supplier within 15 days of receipt of an Increased Ottawa Product Production Notice, may elect to increase the Wisconsin Supply Period Annual Minimum Tonnage by up to [***] of the increase in the annual Ottawa Product production capability from the last Ottawa Product Production Baseline.

  • If the last Production Year during the Term is less than a full twelve (12) months, then the Production Baseline for that Production Year will be prorated accordingly.

  • The contractor shall develop and conduct one OPNET IKPT and one FLMNET IKPT on the Production Baseline Vehicle Configuration, at the contractors facility.

  • Request and obtain Government approval prior to implementing any change to the Government-approved Production Baseline configuration of the M61 Canister, filters, packaging, components, or Performance Specification PRF EA-C-2251.
