Product Training definition

Product Training means, with respect to the Product, the Product-specific training program, as determined by Exact in consultation with Pfizer, conducted in accordance with the applicable Annual Marketing Plan and Applicable Laws, which may include training concerning (a) the scientific basis for the Product, (b) permissible communications regarding safety and efficacy claims relating to the Product, (c) permissible communications related to the Product in accordance with the Product Label, (d) use of Promotional Materials by the Sales Representatives, and (e) other appropriate topics relevant to the Promotion of the Product.
Product Training is training specified by Company and conducted by a Company representative or a person trained by a Company representative.
Product Training means, with respect to a Product, the Product-specific training program conducted in accordance with the applicable Commercialization Plan, Applicable Laws and Codes, which may include, as determined by the JCC or set forth in the applicable Commercialization Plan, training concerning (a) the scientific basis for such Product, (b) permissible communications regarding safety and efficacy claims relating to such Product, (c) permissible communications related to such Product in accordance with the Labeling, (d) use of Promotional Materials by the CAMs, and (e) other appropriate topics relevant to the Promotion and Commercialization of the Product.
