Product-Specific Claim definition

Product-Specific Claim means any Patent claim that covers the composition of matter or formulation, or any method of use in the Field, of Product or a Product Component, or a component of either of the foregoing, and does not cover the composition of matter or formulation, or any method of use, of any product that is neither Product nor a Product Component. For clarity, Product-Specific Claims do not include claims that cover both (a) Product or Product Component or a component of either of the foregoing and (b) other products that are neither Product nor a Product Component.
Product-Specific Claim means any claim within a Patent with only one or more of the following within its scope and no other material subject matter: [***]. A list of Product-Specific Patents is set out at Exhibit 1.70, and MSB will periodically (and, in any event, at least once every six (6) months) update the list to reflect updates thereto during the Term; provided, however, that MSB shall not remove any Patents from the list, unless and until such Patent has expired.

More Definitions of Product-Specific Claim

Product-Specific Claim has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2(a)(i).
Product-Specific Claim means any Patent claim with only one or more of the following within its scope and no other subject matter: (i) Product or one or more components thereof specifically, (ii) any method of treatment or use with respect to Product specifically, or (iii) any method, composition or apparatus for the Manufacture of Product specifically. For clarity, Product-Specific Claims do not include claims with any of the following within its scope: (A) Product or biologic components thereof generically, (B) any method of treatment or use with respect to any biologic product other than Product, (C) any method, composition or apparatus for the Manufacture of any biologic product other than Product or (D) any cells other than MPC-150-IM or MPC-25-IC or methods of isolating, preparing, culturing, purifying, proliferating, or enhancing cells other than MPC-150-IM or MPC-25-IC or preparations or populations of cells other than MPC-150-IM or MPC-25-IC.
