Product Share definition

Product Share means, with respect to a Product in a country in the Territory, the units (as measured by IMS or a similar data vendor) of a Party’s branded version of such Product divided by the sum of the branded Product units plus Generic Product units of such Product in such country, in each case normalized for dosage strength.

Related to Product Share

  • End product means those articles, materials, and supplies to be acquired under the contract for public use.

  • Manufactured end product means any end product in product and service codes (PSCs) 1000-9999, except—

  • Supply Price has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

  • Tobacco product manufacturer means an entity that after the date of enactment of this act directly (and not exclusively through any affiliate):

  • Combination Product means a product (a) containing a Licensed Product together with one or more other active ingredients, or (b) with one or more products, devices, pieces of equipment or components, but sold for an integrated price (e.g., with the purchase of one product the customer gets a coupon for the other) or for a single price.
