Product Run means a Product Manufacturing Process at full scale that results in the production of Product and includes a first Product Run or a replacement Product Run

  • The intent of the Parties is to work together to allow Compaq to market, offer and distribute the Licensed Product on the Presario Product Line commencing with the 2C Product Run (the "Products") during the term of this Agreement with the goal and purpose of consumer adoption of the NetZero ISP Service by purchasers of the Products.

  • SPONSOR shall reimburse MOLECULAR MEDICINE for all additional costs incurred by MOLECULAR MEDICINE as a result of its inability to suspend the Product Run or to suspend or cancel outstanding financial obligations, to the extent that such additional costs are not otherwise covered by MOLECULAR MEDICINE’s business interruption insurance, if any.

  • The notice shall be provided so as to allow sufficient time to perform the tests, but in no event shall the notice be provided fewer than 15 days prior to Contractor’s use of the materials or equipment.

  • Lifted shall proceed forward with a proposed manufacturing run only if and when the Product Run Summary, including the Product Run Costs, is approved by CFO of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ via email (an "Approved Product Run").

Related to Product Run

  • Product Labeling means, with respect to a particular pharmaceutical product and a particular country, (a) the full prescribing information for the product approved by the applicable Regulatory Authorities in such country, including any required patient information; and (b) all labels and other written, printed or graphic matter physically upon a container, wrapper or any package insert utilized with or for the product in such country.

  • Tobacco product manufacturer means an entity that after the date of enactment of this act directly (and not exclusively through any affiliate):

  • Product Manufacturer means the entity that assembles the component parts to manufacture the final Product;

  • Aerosol Product means a pressurized spray system that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant contained in a product or a product's container, or by means of a mechanically induced force. “Aerosol Product” does not include “Pump Spray.”

  • Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.
