Product Results definition

Product Results refers to any results that are developed pursuant to this Agreement as they relate to the Commercialization or Development of the Selected Product, including, without limitation, inventions and/or discoveries, whether patentable or not, know-how, protocols, procedures, composition of matter, raw and analyzed data, methods, technical data and information generated or developed in the course of the Commercialization or Development of the Selected Product.
Product Results means the results from the Phase II Clinical Study that specifically relate to the Product including all of the objectives and endpoints listed in Section 3 of the Protocol except for those objectives and endpoints related to Drug Sensitivity Screening (“DSS”).

Examples of Product Results in a sentence

  • BDI Pharmaceuticals may disclose the Product Results to a Third Party if it has received written consent to such disclosure from Dyadic.

  • BDI Pharmaceuticals may not issue any press releases or make any other public statement with respect to the transactions contemplated hereby or the Product Results without the prior written consent of Dyadic, which may be withheld in Dyadic’s sole discretion.

  • BDI Pharmaceuticals shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Dyadic and its Affiliates and their respective officers, directors and employees from any losses, damages, liabilities, fines, penalties and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that arise out of or result from any liability claim related to any Product or use of any Product Results.

  • For purpose of this Agreement, “Confidential Information” means any confidential data or information disclosed by a party in writing, visually, orally or in electronic medium to the receiving party under this Agreement, including, without limitation, Work Product, Results, Intellectual Property, and all data, inventions, and information developed in or as a result of the performance of this Agreement, whether in oral, written, graphic or electronic form.

  • Subject to Section 2.3, Dyadic may grant BDI Biopharmaceuticals the right to sub license the C1 Strains, the Danisco Improved Strains, the Dyadic Know-How, Dyadic Materials, the Dyadic Patents, the Danisco Know-How, the Genetic Tools, the Danisco Patents, the Dyadic Follow-On IP, the Collaboration IP, the Product Results and/or the Product IP to Third Parties having no economic interest in the Pharmaceutical Product under development, but only to the extent necessary to provide contract research services.

  • As between the Parties, CicloMed shall own all Co-Development Data relating solely to (a) the Product and the Product Results, or (b) CicloMed’s Background IP (the “CicloMed Co-Development Data”) and Notable shall own all Co-Development Data relating solely to (y) the Notable Test and Notable Test Results, or (z) Notable’s Background IP (the “Notable Co-Development Data”).

  • The following documents and forms shall be used to support this SLA and corresponding procedures: Accessibility Testing Product Instructions (ATPI) Accessibility Testing Product Results (ATPR) Equally Effective Alternative Access Plan (EEAAP) Links to these documents are available in the Appendix.

  • For purpose of this Agreement, “Confidential Information” means all information provided by or on behalf of Ventyx to BaySide in connection with any Project and all data, results, inventions and information developed in or as a result of the activities undertaken by BaySide in connection with each such Project (including, without limitation, the Work Product, Results and Intellectual Property), whether in oral, written, graphic or electronic form.
