Product Relocation definition

Product Relocation shall be the relocation of the production of a product line which results in the immediate termination of 10 or more bargaining unit employees. It is understood that payment of severance under this provision shall result in the cessation of seniority and termination of the employment relationship.

  • You will indemnify, defend and hold Licensor harmless from and against all claims, demands, suits, actions, damages, liabilities, fines, penalties, losses, and expenses including without limitation attorneys’ fees and disbursements and court costs (collectively, “Claims”) arising from Product Relocation.
