You will indemnify, defend and hold Licensor harmless from and against all claims, demands, suits, actions, damages, liabilities, fines, penalties, losses, and expenses including without limitation attorneys’ fees and disbursements and court costs (collectively, “Claims”) arising from Product Relocation.
