Product Release Specification definition
Product Release Specification means the analytical (chemical/physical) product quality specification for the Bulk Finished Product as established by mutual agreement of the Parties from time to time.
Product Release Specification means the functional and parametric Specification for an ASIC that Winity desires to obtain from Arise that has been mutually agreed upon in writing by the Parties;
Product Release Specification means the pharmacological product quality specification for the Bulk Drug Substance as established by mutual agreement of the Parties from time to time.
Examples of Product Release Specification in a sentence
If by agreement between the Parties in writing the Product Release Specification is amended during the development, verification, fabrication or testing processes, the Parties shall at that time agree on any additional fee for such amendment.
If Winity does not accept the additional fee for the revised Product Release Specification, the Purchase Order shall be deemed to be revoked, and no further payments shall be required pursuant to it.
