Product Mark has the meaning set forth in Section 5.4.

In the event Pfizer elects not to prosecute or maintain the Brazil Uplyso Trademark outside the Territory, Pfizer shall provide reasonable prior written notice to Protalix of its intention not to prosecute or maintain any such Product Mark outside the Territory, and Protalix shall have the right to prosecute or maintain the Brazil Uplyso Trademark on behalf of Pfizer.
