Product Location definition

Product Location means the facility and address at which the Product is located and at which Licensee provides services using the Product with the Software, as identified in the Purchase Document. Subject to any and all applicable regulatory requirements, Licensee may move the Product and designate a new Product Location by giving written notice to Licensor in the manner set forth herein.
