Product Inspection means the inspection of process controls, test yields, End-of-Line inspection (EOL) and Out-of-Box inspection (OOB) concerning the Products as provided in Quality Plan.

  • Following receipt of DO's written notice of rejection of Products prior to shipment to DO, at DO's request, CCSI shall use commercially reasonable efforts to have available for inspection and shipment to DO 100% of the necessary replacement (conforming) Products at the Product Inspection and Acceptance Location within thirty (30) days of receiving such notice.
