Product Indication definition

Product Indication means the clinical utility or intended use of a particular Molecular Diagnostic Product, including, for example, the Product Indications identified in Appendices 1.5 and 1.13.
Product Indication means, on a country-by-country basis, any indication for which the Product has Marketing Approval in such country.

  • Nothing in this Section shall be deemed to prohibit Argos from Developing, Manufacturing or Commercializing a Licensed Product in the Argos Territory having the same Licensed Product Indication Developed solely by Argos and its Related Third Parties.

Related to Product Indication

  • Collaboration Product means a pharmaceutical product containing or comprising Compound in any dosage form alone, or in combination with, one or more other pharmaceutically active ingredients, and any and all Improvements thereto.

  • Licensed Product means any pharmaceutical product containing a Licensed Compound (alone or with other active ingredients), in all forms, presentations, formulations and dosage forms.
