Product Identification Documentation definition

Product Identification Documentation means “Product Identification Documentation” as that term is defined in Paragraph 2.4 of Exhibit D hereto.
Product Identification Documentation means the documentation with respect to claims that is required by § 13 and the Claim Form.
Product Identification Documentation means the following (in each case for the entire period of time spanning the first alleged use of Fosamax, Fosavance and/or generic Alendronate, through the alleged Eligible Event(s)):

Examples of Product Identification Documentation in a sentence

  • With the Claim Form, every claimant must also submit Product Identification Documentation, as defined in Paragraph 2.4 of Exhibit D to the Agreement, to show that her Breast Implants are or were Dow Corning Breast Implants or contain or contained Dow Corning Breast Implant raw materials.

  • If unable to provide Product Identification Documentation as outlined above, the Claimant may submit to the Settlement Administrator such other objective verification of the use of the Products as may be acceptable to the Settlement Administrator.

  • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.

User Documentation may be modified from time to time by First Data or its third party provider(s).

  • Packaging Materials means the packaging materials for any of the Products, including product labels, packaging inserts, external packaging and similar materials.

  • Service documentation means all records and information on one or more documents, including documents that may be created or maintained in electronic software programs, created and maintained contemporaneously with the delivery of services, and kept in a manner as to fully disclose the nature and extent of services delivered that shall include the items delineated in paragraph (E) of this rule to validate payment for medicaid services.

  • Product Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.12(a).
