Examples of Product I in a sentence

  • Because my services are unique and because I have access to Confidential Information and Work Product, I agree that monetary damages would not be an adequate remedy for any breach of this Agreement.

  • To the extent I may, by operation of law or otherwise, acquire any right, title or interest (including any intellectual property right) in or to any Work Product, I hereby irrevocably assign to the Company (or its designee) all such rights, titles and interests (and by so acquiring any such right, title or interest, I will be deemed to have so assigned such rights, titles and interests by this written instrument).
