Product Hardware definition

Product Hardware means the product hardware detailed in the Acceptance Form;
Product Hardware means any physical hardware that resides in the server box, along with any other peripheral units required to make up the SchoolWeb and OfficeServer systems. Product hardware may also include installation and commissioning at the customer's premises.
Product Hardware shall be defined as Alarm.com-ready Products or any portion thereof that includes the compiled version of the Product Software needed for the device to function.

Examples of Product Hardware in a sentence

  • Seller Product Hardware is warranted as free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year after shipment.

  • Maintenance Services Those services, preventive and remedial, provided or performed by Supplier under the Contract in order to ensure continued operation of the Product, Hardware, or Software, including Software Updates.

  • The development of all Product Hardware Upgrades agreed upon by the Parties pursuant to Paragraph 5.a. of this Exhibit E shall be performed by Vivint’s personnel.

  • You should ensure that any wireless Internet connections you use for the Product Hardware, Mobile App or other Services are secure, and only share your account information with third parties you trust.

  • If it is not returned, or if you damage the Yoello Product Hardware through negligence, misuse or by allowing alterations to be performed by anyone other than us or our representatives, we shall charge you for our reasonable costs of repairing or replacing the relevant Yoello Product Hardware.

  • Prior to performing any Product Hardware Upgrade, and regardless of whether such Products are currently being utilized by Vivint Solar in connection with a Project, the Parties shall agree upon (i) the Specifications for the new Product, (ii) testing protocols for the new Product, (iii) the date on which any Product Hardware Upgrade will commence, and (iv) and, subject to Paragraph 5.b. of this Exhibit E, agree upon the manner in which the Product Hardware Upgrade will be completed.

  • We may upgrade or alter the Yoello Product Hardware or Software at any time.

  • Product Hardware, peripherals, and any other equipment, including the System Software, all upgrades, all applicable user documentation, and related accessories as set forth on Exhibit A.

Related to Product Hardware

  • Third Party Hardware means the third party hardware, if any, identified in the Investment Summary.

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Placement Services;

  • Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.

  • Service Software means any and all software applications and any third-party or other software, and all new versions, updates, revisions, improvements and modifications of the foregoing, that Contractor provides remote access to and use of as part of the Services.
