Product Environment definition

Product Environment or “PE” means, as limited to the number of Oracle program licenses and Oracle hardware systems specified in Your order, the number of Third Party products specified in Your order, the number and location of Sites specified in Your order, and the number of Items of each specified on the Functional Help Desk Configuration Document: (i) the Oracle programs for which You maintain annual technical support during the Term, (ii) the Oracle hardware systems for which You maintain technical support during the Term, and (iii) the third party products which interface with the point of sale (“POS”) terminals at the Sites (“Third Party Products”).

  • ICT Environment means the Authority System and the Contractor System. “Information” has the meaning given under section 84 of the FOIA.

  • Contaminated site means a site where there is a confirmed presence, caused by man, of hazardous substances of such a level that they pose a significant risk to human health or the environment taking into account current and approved future use of the land;

  • Environment means ambient air, surface water and groundwater (including potable water, navigable water and wetlands), the land surface or subsurface strata, the workplace or as otherwise defined in any Environmental Law.

  • Environmentally preferable products means a product or service that has a lesser or reduced effect on human health and the environment when compared with competing products or services that serve the same purpose. Such products or services may include, but are not limited to, those which contain recycled content, minimize waste, conserve energy or water, and reduce the amount of toxics either disposed of or consumed.

  • Hazardous substance UST system means an UST system that contains a hazardous substance defined in section 101(14) of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act of 1980 (but not including any substance regulated as a hazardous waste under subtitle C) or any mixture of such substances and petroleum, and which is not a petroleum UST system.

  • Contractor Materials means Materials owned or developed prior to the provision of the Work, or developed by Contractor independently from the provision of the Work and without use of the Court Materials or Confidential Information.

  • Environmentally Sensitive Material means oil, oil products and any other substance (including any chemical, gas or other hazardous or noxious substance) which is (or is capable of being or becoming) polluting, toxic or hazardous;

  • Fluoroscopic imaging assembly means a subsystem in which X-ray photons produce a visual image.   • Waste Materials means any Contamination-causing solid, semi-solid, or liquid material discarded, buried, or otherwise present on the Property, and may include sludge, slag, or solid waste materials such as empty containers and demolition debris or materials containing asbestos, lead-based paint, or petroleum or other contaminants.

  • Waste Material means (1) any “hazardous substance” under Section 101(14) of CERCLA, 42 U.S.C. § 9601(14); (2) any pollutant or contaminant under Section 101(33) of CERCLA, 42 U.S.C. § 9601(33); (3) any “solid waste” under Section 1004(27) of RCRA, 42 U.S.C. § 6903(27); and (4) any “hazardous substance” under Wis. Stat. § 292.01.

  • Contamination means an impairment of the quality of the waters of the state by waste to a degree which creates a hazard to the public health through poisoning or through the spread of disease. “Contamination” includes any equivalent effect resulting from the disposal of waste, whether or not waters of the state are affected.

  • Initial Environmental Examination or “IEE” means the initial environmental examination for the Project, including any update thereto, prepared and submitted by the Borrower and cleared by ADB;

  • Biological safety cabinet means a containment unit suitable for the preparation of low to moderate risk agents where there is a need for protection of the product, personnel, and environment, according to National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) Standard 49.

  • Diagnostic source assembly means the tube housing assembly with a beam-limiting device attached.
