Product Eligibility definition
Product Eligibility means those Products the AD is authorized to promote, market and sell under this Agreement and which are identified fully under Exhibit B of the Agreement. AD is authorized to sell all the Products, but only sales of those Products for which AD has an annual sales objective will retire the AD's sales objective for that product family.
Product Eligibility means those Products the Sales Representative is authorized to promote, market and sell under this Agreement and which are identified fully under Exhibit C of the Agreement.
Product Eligibility means, in respect of each Type of Energy Product,; the lesser of (a) two (2) lots for Calendar Products or seven (7) lots for Multi-Year Products and (b) Lot Eligibility;

Product Eligibility. The following products are eligible for coverage under this Agreement, when such are no more than five (5) years in age (model year): WHAT IS COVERED: After a ninety (90) day waiting period from the Agreement purchase date, We agree to repair Your Product in the event Your Product is rendered inoperable due to a Failure during the term of this Service Agreement, as long as the Product is not covered under any other insurance, warranty, guarantee and/or service agreement. This Service Agreement does not cover repair or replacement of the Product for any of the causes, or provide coverage for any losses set forth in the WHAT IS NOT COVERED section further below.
