Product Edition definition

Product Edition means as set of features and restrictions associated with the Product, such as, without limitation, Lab, Business, Premium, or Enterprise.

Product Edition means the edition for user licenses and which defines for example volume limits of the Customer's Subscription. The different editions are described at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇-▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/en/product-editions or other location as designated by M-Files from time to time.

Examples of Product Edition in a sentence

  • Unless using an Enterprise Product Edition, the Product shall not be deployed or operated in a manner that involves outsourcing, renting, reselling, sublicensing, or use on Licensee or third-party hardware or in combination with Licensee or third-party software licenses, including but not limited to Nuix.

  • Unless using a Premium, Corporate or Enterprise Product Edition, the Product branding shall not be altered in any way.

  • Unless using a Premium, or Enterprise Product Edition, the Product shall not be rendered accessible from outside of the Licensee’s computer network.

  • Unless using a Premium, or Enterprise Product Edition, the Product shall not be rendered accessible to External Users.

  • In the event a licensed machine fails and is unusable, you may temporarily install the software on another similar machine subject to the same Product Edition limitations that may be in force.

  • The Software is licensed by Product Edition and all Product Editions and additional Software are subject to the terms of this license.

  • If the specific Product Edition is licensed under the Educational License you are hereby granted a license to Use the Product solely for Educational Purpose.
