If only a portion of the Product Build is available for shipment to meet the ex-factory date, IAC will notify Sonos and ship the available Products unless otherwise directed by Sonos.
IAC shall make such decision in a timely manner, but in no event take longer than five (5) working days to reach such decision, so that the overall progress of the Product Build is not delayed.
