Producing Lease definition

Producing Lease means a lease or licence of natural gas rights issued pursuant to the MMA, of which Imperial is, according to the records of the Department, the sole lessee or the holder of a specified undivided interest;
Producing Lease or "Producing Unit" means a lease or waterflood/enhanced oil recovery unit that has produced and sold oil within the preceding 12 month period.
Producing Lease means an oil and gas mining lease and leasehold estate in Kansas.
