Produced Copper definition

Produced Copper means any and all copper in whatever form or state that is mined, produced, extracted or otherwise recovered from Minerals, including any copper derived from any processing or reprocessing of any tailings, waste rock or other waste products originally derived from Minerals, and including copper contained in any ore or other products resulting from the further milling, processing or other beneficiation of minerals mined, produced, extracted or otherwise recovered from Minerals, including concentrates.

Produced Copper means any and all copper in whatever form or state that is derived from any material mined, produced, extracted or otherwise recovered from the Milligan Property during the Term. For greater certainty, “ Produced Copper ” shall include any copper derived from ores, concentrates, doré, tailings, waste rock or other waste products, or other products originating from the Milligan Property.

A cannabis concentrate is not considered food, as defined by Section 109935 of the Health and Safety Code, or a drug, as defined by Section 109925 of the Health and Safety Code.

  • concentrates means flavoring ingredients and, depending on the product, sweeteners used to prepare syrups or finished beverages;

  • Biodiesel means a fuel composed of mono-alkyl esters of long chain fatty acids derived from vegetable oils or animal fats, and, in accordance with standards specified by the American society for testing and materials, designated B100, and meeting the requirements of D-6751, as approved by the department of agriculture.

  • Other Minerals means sulphur, lignite, coal, uranium, thorium, iron, geothermal steam, water, carbon dioxide, helium and all other minerals, ores or substances of value whether or not generally produced from a wellbore in conjunction with the production of oil and gas.

  • Refiner means any person who owns, operates, or otherwise controls a refinery.
