Procurement Subsidiary definition
Procurement Subsidiary means a wholly-owned Subsidiary of Holdings that is engaged in the business of purchasing, leasing, licensing or otherwise acquiring telecommunications equipment, software, products and services from third parties and selling, transferring, licensing, leasing or otherwise Disposing of such equipment, software, products and services to Holdings and its Subsidiaries, in each case, in the ordinary course of business.
