Procurement Software definition

Procurement Software means any software tool, web application or platform that the Parties agreed to use for the purpose of preparing, concluding and/or executing the Contract.
Procurement Software means Instill or any replacement purchasing management and tracking software licensed by Seller upon the mutual agreement of the Parties, acting reasonably.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Placement Services;
