Procurement Services Group (PSG) definition

Procurement Services Group (PSG) means a division of the New York State Office of General Services which is authorized by law to issue centralized, statewide contracts for use by New York agencies, political subdivisions, schools, libraries and others authorized by law to participate in such contracts.
