Procurement Lead definition

Procurement Lead means an individual assigned to ensure a procurement process is conducted in compliance with legislative requirements supported by TRCA’s policies and procedures. In most cases the procurement lead will be the project manager and will be assigned the role of Authorized Buyer. TRCA’s Finance business unit, in consultation with Directors and the Chief Financial and Operating Officer (CFOO), manages the approved list of Authorized Buyers.
Procurement Lead means the responsible officer within the University Procurement Team for the procurement of the requirement.
Procurement Lead means the individual from within the Joint Procurement Service, or as otherwise instructed by the Joint Procurement Service, that is responsible for running the Procurement Process.
