Procurement Costs definition

Procurement Costs means the actual price paid by Catalent for the procurement of materials and supplies used in the Manufacture of Passage Bio Products. Procurement Costs do not include the Procurement Fee.
Procurement Costs means any costs or expenses of INNO or its Affiliates incurred in its capacity as purchaser of the Licensed Products for sale in the respective Region in the Territory, including any FTEs of INNO or its Affiliates approved by the JCC to support procurement.

More Definitions of Procurement Costs

Procurement Costs means the aggregate of the costs and expenses properly and reasonably incurred by each of the Councils in respect of the procurement of the Project including without prejudice to the generality: (one) payment for services carried out by the Project Director and the external advisors and (two) the costs of finalising the suite of project documentation and all activities required to achieve the Contract Execution Date;

Procurement Costs means the amount paid or payable in respect of salaries, bonuses and benefits in connection with the employment by the Company of the Procurement Personnel and the monthly license fee paid in respect of the Procurement Software.

Related to Procurement Costs

  • Replacement Costs means the expenditures for obtaining and installing equipment, accessories or appurtenances which are necessary during the useful life of the treatment works to maintain the capacity and performance for which such works were designed and constructed.

  • Improvement Costs means any additional expenditure on a fixed asset that materially increases the capacity of the asset or materially improves its functioning or represents more than 10% of the initial depreciation base of the asset;
