Procurement Agents definition

Procurement Agents means the entity with legal capacity to enter into contracts, and in agreement with the Borrower or the Executing Agency, as the case may be, assumes all or part of the responsibility of the procurement of goods or works, consultancy services or non-consulting services for the Project.

  • The Borrower shall ensure that the Procurement Agent/s follows all of the requirements of this Schedule and the Procurement Plan.

Related to Procurement Agents

  • Procurement Agent means the district representative duly authorized to enter into and administer Contracts and make written determinations with respect to this solicitation or his/ her designee.

  • Procurement Representative means the following individual in the Procurement Services Department:
