Examples of Procured Goods in a sentence

  • Payment on account of Procured Goods to be made by the Owner to the Contractor shall be made when the Procured Goods are delivered and suitably stored at the Work Site for subsequent incorporation in the Work, in accordance with Appendix B.

  • Procured Goods shall be made by the Contractor to its suppliers in accordance with the terms established between the Contractor and his suppliers.

  • Payment of invoices for Procured Goods shall be made in accordance with the Owner’s Requirements.

  • Subject to the responsibility for Services remaining with the EPCM Contractor in accordance with Section 25.2, the title to all Services completed or in the course of construction at the Work Site and all Procured Goods purchased for the EPCM Contractor's own account, except tools and equipment owned or rented by the EPCM Contractor or Subcontractors and not intended to be incorporated into the Services, shall pass to the Owner upon payment by the Owner for such Services.

  • Where the Contractor performs the Procurement Services as agent of the Owner, the Owner shall: provide to the Contractor sufficient instructions and guidelines to enable the Contractor to effect delivery, receiving and handling into and within the Owner’s system of materials handling and warehousing; and provide to the Contractor instructions and guidelines that identify the levels of review and approval required by the Owner in relation to the Procured Goods.

  • In particular, payments with respect to products other than Eligible Products will continue to be made in accordance with our customary practice.

Related to Procured Goods

  • Finished Goods means units of a manufactured product awaiting sale.

  • Finished Products means any one or more of the following petroleum oils, or a mixture or combination of these oils, to be used without further processing except blending by mechanical means:

  • Eligible Finished Goods Inventory means Inventory that qualifies as Eligible Inventory and consists of first quality finished goods held for sale in the ordinary course of Borrowers’ business.

  • Finished Product means the final packaged product intended for human consumption;

  • Bulk Product means Licensed Product supplied in a form other than Finished Product which can be converted into Finished Product.
