Procure 21 definition
Procure 21 or “P21” means a procurement method for publicly funded NHS Capital Schemes, recommended by HM Treasury Guidance and compliant with OGC’s Common Minimum Standards policy, using a framework agreement provided by the Department of Health for use by English NHS bodies.
