Each Association and Community Trustee shall continue to serve during a three-year term (or such shorter term as specified in the acceptance of appointment to accommodate the phasing of terms required for initial Trustees in the ProComp Agreement) or until his death, incapacity, resignation or removal.
In the event of the termination of the Trust, the Trustees shall apply the Trust to pay or to provide for the payment of any and all obligations of the ProComp System and shall distribute and allocate all assets of the Trust in accordance with the then provisions of the ProComp Agreement and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
