Prochieve means the vaginal progesterone gel product containing progesterone in a concentration of four percent (4%) or eight percent (8%) to be marketed in the Territory under the trademark Prochieve(TM), or any other trademark, for secondary amenorrhea and assisted reproductive technology or any other vaginal progesterone product marketed by Columbia or its Affiliates, licensees or sublicensees as a replacement or substitute for or in lieu of Prochieve .
