Processor Personnel means all directors, officers, employees, agents, consultants and Agreementors of the Processor and/or of any Sub-Processor engaged in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement;
Tandem Office Switch or “Tandem(s)” are used to connect and switch trunk circuits between and among other Central Office Switches. A Tandem Switch does not include a PBX.
Subprocessor means any person appointed by or on behalf of Processor to process Personal Data on behalf of the Company in connection with the Agreement.
Combination carrier means a ship designed to carry either oil or solid cargoes in bulk.
Marijuana processor means a person who processes marijuana items in this state.
Data Processor shall have the same meaning as set out in the Data Protection Act 1998;
User Interface(s means any technologies thatiii. Customer owns and/or for which Customer has secured an appropriate license/subscription and is/areiv. used to develop/manage user interaction features and characteristics for ERP. Solely for clarity regarding ERP licensing requirements under a contract, User Interfaces for ERP shall be deemed part of ERP and therefore require human users Using ERP via such User Interfaces to have a “Named User” and/or “User” license for ERP, as applicable.
Dosimetry processor means an individual or an organization that processes and evaluates individual monitoring devices in order to determine the radiation dose delivered to the monitoring devices.
Ambulance service means an entity, its personnel and equipment including, but not limited to, automobiles, airplanes, boats or helicopters, which are licensed to provide Emergency medical and Ambulance services in the state in which the services are rendered.
Digital Learning means a digital technology or internet-based educational delivery model that does not rely exclusively on compressed interactive video (CIV). Digital learning includes online and blended learning.
Universal Digital Loop Carrier (UDLC means the DLC system that has a CO terminal channel bank that is connected to the CO switches on the analog side.
Lockbox Processor means Regulus Group II LLC, or its successors or assigns.
Contracted Processor means a Subprocessor;
Processor means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which processes personal data on behalf of the controller;
Cigar means any roll of tobacco wrapped in tobacco.
Disaster Recovery Services means the Services embodied in the processes and procedures for restoring the provision of Services following the occurrence of a Disaster, as detailed further in Call Off Schedule 8 (Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery);
Disaster Recovery System means the system identified by the Supplier in the Supplier Solution which shall be used for the purpose of delivering the Disaster Recovery Services;
COVID-19 Pandemic means the SARS-Cov2 or COVID-19 pandemic, including any future resurgence or evolutions or mutations thereof and/or any related or associated disease outbreaks, epidemics and/or pandemics.
redundant means being no longer required by an employer to continue doing a job because, for a reason that is not a usual reason for change in the employer's work-force, the employer has decided that the job will not be done by any person.
Ambulance service provider means Latrobe Health Services recognises the following providers for the purposes of paying benefits:
Engine under the Lease. The term "Engines" means, as of any date of determination, both Engines then leased to the Lessee pursuant to the Lease.
Interfaces means, collectively, the CAD Interface and the Channel Access Interface.
Sub-processor means a third party engaged by the Processor for carrying out processing activities in respect of the Personal Data on behalf of the Processor; and
Service Drop means the overhead service conductors from the service point to the connection to the service-entrance conductors at the building or other structure.
Shadow tray means a device attached to the radiation head to support auxiliary beam blocking material.
embedded generator means a generator who is not a market participant and whose generation facility is connected to a distribution system of a distributor, but does not include a generator who consumes more electricity than it generates;
