Processing Procedures definition

Processing Procedures means have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(c) of the Manufacturing and Supply Agreement
Processing Procedures means the procedures for processing the review, approval or disapproval and disbursement of Program Loans, as set forth in the Program Manual.

  • Operating Procedures means the standard internal operating procedures and compliance policies established by the Company to implement the Compliance Plan.
