Processing Error definition

Processing Error means a Payment that is made incorrectly as a result of an error by us, another financial institution, BPAY or any of their service providers. Standards Manual means the BPAY Payments Standards Manual issued by BPAY, prescribing the way in which the Marks may be represented in connection with BPAY Payments (as may be amended from time to time).
