Processing Charges definition

Processing Charges means any amounts due under an Obligor Note in respect of processing fees, service fees, impound fees or late fees.

More Definitions of Processing Charges

Processing Charges means the authorization, processing, settlement, and other fees or amounts charged by WorldPay and the Bank, or passed through (from the Payment Networks or other third parties) to Customer by WorldPay and the Bank, as set forth in this Agreement.
