Waste Processing Building The Waste Processing Building is a reinforced concrete structure which houses equipment used for exempt facilities.
To mean a Student (Employee) of a NZ Local Government Council Building Consent Authority, (BCA) that has access to complete authentic work experience in all the different areas of the BCA including Building Consent application, lodging, accepting, vetting, Building Consent Processing, Building Consent inspections, and code compliance areas.
The CITY hereby leases to CASELLA and CASELLA hereby leases from the CITY those premises described in Attachment A, annexed hereto (+3 ACRES), and including the buildings and structures located therein known as the Solid Waste Facility Processing Building (collectively the “Premises”).
Tenant shall have non-exclusive use of the RTA, pedestrian corridors, lunchroom, and restrooms within the Processing Building, as depicted in Exhibit C.

Exclusive use areas for the Tenant outside the Processing Building include: an approximately 5,300 square foot portion comprising the northern four of nine Loading Docks to load and ship Recyclables (“Exclusive Loading Docks”); and an approximately 450 square foot area in the Employee Parking Lot to store Transported Hazardous Materials (defined below) recovered from the Sorting Line for short terms in compliance with applicable Laws (“HazMat Storage Area”).
UVDS will select mobile processing equipment as part of Phase 1 that can be utilized in Phase 2 and be permanent within the Processing Building.
The District has existing security cameras throughout the interior and exterior of the Processing Building as well as other parts of the PHMRF.
Tenant shall duly and timely comply with all applicable Laws (including Environmental Laws), the Listed Permits and the Additional Permits in handling, transporting, and storing the Transported Hazardous Materials and in removing such Transported Hazardous Materials from the Processing Building and from the Site.
Tenant also desires to have non-exclusive use of several areas located within and outside of the Processing Building (“Non-Exclusive Use Areas”).
