Processed Quantities definition

Processed Quantities shall the quantity of Natural gas determined by the initiating TSO and by the matching TSO, which takes into account the Network User’s Nomination or Re- nomination, interruptions, constraints and contractual provisions as defined under the STA applicable and which is used as the basis for the Matching Process.

  • This Party will also proceed to calculate the Processed Quantities as described in Exceptional Event Situation Step 3: TIGF will send ENAGAS GTS the Processed Quantities based on the Nominated Quantities.

More Definitions of Processed Quantities

Processed Quantities means the quantity of gas that the TSO is scheduling for flow, which takes into account the Network User's nomination (respectively re-nomination), contractual conditions and the capacity as defined under the relevant transport contract.

Related to Processed Quantities

  • processed products means goods placed under a processing procedure which have undergone processing operations;

  • Required Quantity in a unit price Contract shall mean the actual quantity of any item of Work or materials which is required to be performed or furnished in order to comply with the Contract.

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Delivered Energy expected to be delivered by Seller during each Contract Year as set forth in Section 3.1(e).

  • Finished Products means the fully assembled and shrink-wrapped Licensed Products, each including a Game Cartridge, Game Cartridge label and Printed Materials.

  • Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.

  • Supply Point means the point of connection between the licensed network and your apparatus or equipment.

  • Refined Products means gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel, asphalt and asphalt products, and other refined products of crude oil.

  • Finished Product means a cannabis product in its final form to be sold at a retail premises.

  • Minimum Order Quantity means the minimum number of batches of a Product to be produced during the same cycle of manufacturing as set forth in a Product Agreement on Schedule B;

  • SCHEDULE OF QUANTITIES, BILL OF QUANTITIES means the Schedule or Quantities as specified and forming part of contract.

  • Maximum Daily Quantity means the daily volume of Gas or Liquids, expressed in 103m3, identified in a Shipper's Interruptible Transportation Service Agreement that Transporter agrees to receive from Shipper under Toll Schedule Interruptible Full Path Service, Toll Schedule Interruptible Receipt Service or Toll Schedule Interruptible Delivery Service, as applicable.

  • Quantity means either tonnage or volume, depending on which term is the standard in the mining industry for the type of mineral;

  • Hemp products means all products made from industrial hemp,

  • tons means the gross tonnage calculated in accordance with the tonnage measurement regulations contained in Annex I of the International Convention on Tonnage Measurement of Ships, 1969; the word “tonnage” shall be construed accordingly.

  • Recycled product means a product containing recovered material, or post-consumer recovered material, or both.

  • Feedstock means a solid waste that will readily decompose during the composting process including but not limited to yard waste, agricultural waste, animal waste, food scraps, animal carcasses, raw rendering material, and mixed solid waste.

  • Product Specifications means those Manufacturing, performance, quality - control release, and Fill/Finish specifications for Drug Substance or Licensed Product in the Territory, which are initially as set forth in the applicable Regulatory Approval for a Licensed Product, as such specifications may be amended from time to time pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

  • Small quantity generator means a generator who generates less than 1000 kg of hazardous waste in a calendar month.
