Process Service Agent definition

Process Service Agent means an agent appointed by the Assignor and who has accepted appointment by the Assignor, to accept service on behalf of the Assignor of all Legal Process arising out of or connected to this Assignment.
Process Service Agent means Apollo Global Management LLP or any replacement process agent appointed by any Foreign Transaction Party in relation to the Transaction Documents;
