Process Residue definition

Process Residue means grit, screenings and sludge generated by or through the operation of the Facilities.
Process Residue means the residue produced at the Facility as a result of the Processing of Acceptable Waste and not beneficially re-used.
Process Residue means bottom ash, fly ash, grate siftings and other material derived from Acceptable Waste which remains after the combustion of Acceptable Waste.

  • DTE may sell all Process Residue produced by the DTE Facility, and retain all revenues from such sales.

  • Municipality agrees and shall take all necessary measures to ensure that, after a period of six (6) months from the Commencement Date, the volume or quantity of all Process Residue and Collection System Residue stockpiled or contained at the Facilities shall not exceed the volume or quantity of Process Residue and Collection System Residue typically generated from the operation of the Facilities or Collection System in an average month.

Process Residue means grit, screenings, water treatment residuals, and wastewater sludge and biosolids generated by or through the operation of the Facilities.
Process Residue means (i) recyclables and any and all sorted materials from the MSW, including, but not limited to glass, metals, plastics, etc., and (ii) any and all fertilizer based water byproduct and bottom ash resulting from the waste-to-energy process produced by the DTE Facility.
