Process pipelines definition

Process pipelines means a pipeline used to carry oil within the oil refining/processing units of a Class 1 facil- ity, process unit to tankage piping and tankage interconnect- ing piping. Process pipelines do not include pipelines used to transport oil to or from a tank vessel or transmission pipeline.

  • Pipelines has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.

  • Terminals means the Terminals set forth on Schedule A attached hereto.

  • Supply Pipe means any part of a service pipe which a water undertaker could not be, or have been required to lay under section 46 of the Water Industry Act 1991; and

  • Process Gas means gas used for which alternate fuels, other than another gaseous fuel, are not technically feasible such as in applications requiring precise temperature controls and precise flame characteristics.
